Is it real?

mark lid and bottom lid interior

We have come across the following lidded container dish. We have confirmed the mark as Qing - Quianlong from this website and Chaffers 13th edition of Pottery marks ( Old book I know....)
We have attached pictures and would like to know if this is a fake. We picked it up from an estate of an old pottery collector who's other items were 75 years or older.
The lid features a lion but the floral decoration around the perimeter looks like a transfer. The pillow shaped box does have some speckling in the body and some glaze dimpling. Two men on the interior play instruments. Is the form and decoration real?
Any information would be appreciated!

Hi Matt,
The mark looks like a printer font.
The decorations inside and on top of the lid look as if they were printed, from these pictures.
This is probably new or recently made, but not antique.
