Information on hand painted plate

Hi,
I am looking for information about a strange plate I have. The markings look like they could be Asian but I can't tell.

Hello Tracy,
This seems to be a Chinese plate of relatively recent origin, a couple of decades old at the most, I would say.
It has a spurious Qianlong reign mark. (Period Qianlong marks were never written like that.)
