Hello Eileene,
I cannot tell you much about these, but one is for sure, they are not antique. The bottom and mark, as well as the impressed number make this impossible. The mark looks more European or Japanese (can't see it clearly), I don't know if China ever made such marks.
As for the look of it, although the costumes look Chinese, it could as well be made in Vietnam, judging from the style.
