Identifying mark on vase

Hi I am new to your blog and would like some input from anyone that may recognize this mark on the bottom of this vase. Thanks for your help.And happy collecting.

Hi, I cannot see any mark. The straight bar-like protrusion does not look like one.
The red colors seem to indicate that it is Japanese, possibly Kutani. However, the decoration itself looks mor as if it were mass-produced elsewhere, rather than being Japanese quality.
