Identify date

Hi Peter,
I've brought the Chinese porcelain square shape vase from the collectable shop. It has stamped on the back " Hand paint porcelain made in China".

The vase has some Chinese writing which I don’t know any meaning.

The vase is about 12.50 inches high.

Could you please help me to identify the date and any value on it?

The vase is no older than 30 years, I would think. This is judging from decoration type and new look.
I cannot read all of the handwritten characters, but the text doesn't include a date. Such text is usually a verse or dedication, etc., and is important only if a date is mentioned.

Please read "Value of Antiques" on the left for general information. This is not an antique and may have been mass produced at a factory.
