i have a couple bowls and a larger plate, they have a green flower design with gold trim on the edges. im unable to i.d the mark on the bottom..would any know how old it is and what it might be worth ?

The decoration also looks Japanese to me, but I still cannot tell you what the mark says. Maybe a visitor involved with Japanese porcelain can tell more about this type of porcelain...

Just make a new submission with the same title.

It is recommended to upload item pictures for identification. Marks with green background are usually Japanese, but in this case I'm not sure if this is Japanese, as I usually can read those marks. With this one, in the left lower corner the characters look more like Korean Hangul. I don't know if it IS Hangul or if the characters in a Japanese mark were simplified in a way that they appear like Hangul characters. Therefore, it is better to show item pictures for evaluation.
