Help with date of vases, please

Hello, Peter.

I purchased these vases recently and I thought that they did show some age but I'm a novice collector and just learning. Would you please offer your opinion of the date these vases were made? They are 11.75 inches tall and 4.5" wide.

Hi Catherine,
There is no closeup picture of the decoration, but even with these small pictures it seems to be that the persons are depicted are wearing kimono and have a Japanese hairdo.
If that is right, no further check is needed. Otherwise, please upload a closeup picture of the people.
With this mark and decoration it would mean: Japanese motif made in China - such vases would likely be 1980s or later. Not even vintage, I'm afraid.
