help identify this item

My parents bought this item with another identical to it at a yard sale or fle market many years ago. Both parents have past. I have not been able to find anything identical to these in my research online, the most I can guess at is they are GE type vases? not sure how old or the value, any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry the images are not rotated correctly.
