HELP! Can someone please identify this mark/vase??

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the mark on the bottom of this vase and whether or not it is from the actual time period indicated in the mark or whether it is a replica?

Hello,
The vase has a spurious Qianlong mark.
However, this is a modern vase. Both shape and decoration are not right for anything antique.
