The chance that this is 1900 (Qing dynasty),judging by the colors only, is 30%, in my view. There is a possiblity that some painting was added much later. We count overall age by the last added decoration, not by when the body was made. So, if all or part of the decoration was added later, then the item is from that time.

I would leave it, except it is very low priced.

Please upload a partial, closeup picture showing the faces of two people. The colors look 20th century, post-Qing colors. The face features should clarify this.
Did it say 1900 or 1900s? An "s" makes a huge difference.
