Floral Urn purchased circa 1920

by Mark
(Cary, North Carolina, USA)

My great uncle served in the US Navy in late 1910s up to around 1920, and purchased this roughly 13" to 14" tall urn somewhere in China. It's extremely fine and nice - the picture doesn't do it justice. I hope someone can translate the mark into English, and also any details or insights would also be appreciated. Could this urn potentially be valuable?
