Fish Bowel

I would like to know more about this fish bowel and what the story
may tell of the painting, and the painter not sure if this is a Replica or not but I think that the art is beautiful

Hello,
The picture is not clear enough to see details of the persons, but from the decoration around the medallion, the rim decoration, etc. I can for sure that this is not Chinese. It looks European to me.
Unfortunately, we cannot help with European style porcelain.
If it should have Made in China on the bottom, then this means it is a modern copy, probably made for the European market.
