Hi Peter,
yes the mark looks transfer printed when examined with a loop.
I did not know what to look for, but now that you indicated the white spots in the ink,or lack of would be more accurate, I now know what to look for.

Hi Andrew,
The writing is right for a Yongzheng mark, but it should be handpainted. The white breaks in the lines make it appear somewhat as if it was printed. When viewed with a magnifier, you should be able to see the unmistakable lines of brush strokes, for both the characters and the circles.
