Hi peter. took your advice. looked at close up pics on the gallery. hope these are a little better for you. I have taken a close up to show the foot rim. as you can see the glaze stops at the foot. and again on the inner side. the actual rim its self has no glaze. thank you jackie

I would like to say a big thank you peter. james. for your most valued opinions. I will in deed have a hands on inspection done. I think this forum is fantastic for people needing information. I think you chappies must have spent many years studying the vast array of old & new chinese porcelain there is so much to learn and look out for. May this forum keep going strong. Thanks Jacqueline. I think these pictures excludes the possibility of a Guangxu decoration.
I would think this is likely 18th century, probably Kangxi.
I would recommend you to have someone do a hands-on inspection on opportunity to confirm this with a second opinion.
