Decorative chinese bowl.

Hi the beautiful bowl is hand painted with birds and floral scenes.All with typical rasied areas. It has also been painted inside the bowl. The paintwork and gilt is in excellent condition. There are no cracks , chips or crazing.The overall condition is superb, The pontil is rough. There is a mark as per photo that appears to be AT. Can anyone please help. The overall height is 3" and the dia is approx 6" at top.
