Blue/Grey Vase

Blue/Grey Vase

I am not sure what kind of vase i have, but i have done some research on it and came up with this!!! A late 19th century/early Twentieth century Da Qing Qianlong. the design on the vase is a bright blue with grey background with carp and plantlife.i can only seem to find different style vase with this 4 Character seal mark on it,if this is indeed a 4 and not a 6 character seal mark.the picture i took does not show the grey in it, but instead made it look blue and white the bottom of the vase has a white rim with blue grey underglaze over the mark.

Thank you!!! I was taking a guess on it. Ya can't always tell by the mark. I thought myself it looked to modern to be that old. It's still a very pretty vase

Agree with Peter. Your vase looks very different from late Qing ceramics with Qianlong mark. The blue colour, style of drawing and glaze suggest that it is modern.

Hello,
To me this looks rather new, perhaps two decades or newer. It is printed not hand painted, apparently. It is copying some ornaments from earlier times, but the blue and white colors are not old, and the shape is wrong too for traditional Chinese ceramics, I'm afraid.
