Hello, I have never seen such dishes. To see if they possibly are Chinese, larger pictures with good resolution would be required. It is suggested that you upload pictures to a place like Flickr or Photobucket and post the link here.
Please note that one or two closeups of the decoration would be of advantage. The bottom and foot rim as well as the inside would also be important. The point here is to make as many details visible in order to see any age signs.
