Hello,
Chinese marks are different from European ones.
From a Chinese porcelain mark it is rarely possible to tell the maker or year manufactured. It is always necessary to check the item itself. Marks are irrelevant.
The only thing this mark shows is that it probably was made later in the 20th century or the item could even be new. This is not an antique mark.
