Chinese porcelain platter

Hi Peter, I have a Chinese porcelain platter that is 15" long and 11-1/2 wide. I has the age signs of possibly late Qing, or early republic, I'm not sure, it has writing on the back, could you please tell me what it says, I am hoping that it will give me a clue as to how old it is, it is made of a high quality porcelain, almost perfect in shape, it is hand painted and has an almost scalloped edge, I have had this for 15 or more years, thanks for all your help. from Stan.
