Thanks for your patience. Was kind of busy today, so I answer only now. Yes, very convenient to get batches of pictures together this way.

I think you are right; it probably is relatively new. The crackling is of the artificial type used in newer items. I bet if you move your fingernail over the surface, you will not feel any crackling because it is underneath the glaze. The reddish color at foot rim is also wider than usual, as if it was made on purpose. With most porcelain this would be expected only as a relatively thin line along the edge of the glaze, not covering most of the rim.
The inside also looks relatively new, and the color of the peaches isn't as they would be with antiques.

If you want me to read the bottom mark, I should have a better, brighter picture from straight up. At an angle the strokes look merged, which makes this character style all the more difficult to read. A nine character mark is quite unusual, by the way.
