Hello,
The pictures are a bit too small, but judging from the style of the clothes and faces it is likely that the figurines were made in Southeast Asia or elsewhere, perhaps for tourists? This is not typical Chinese, but rather shows how some people abroad perceive Chinese to look.

I don't know the mark, but it not any Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. Doesn't look like legible writing.
