can you let me know when was this made?
Its from my grandma. She brought it here from
China in the 1920s when she emigrated.

This is definitely a Japanese plate.

Closeup pictures of the decoration, and especially of the bottom/foot rim are essential for age evaluation.
However, from what I see here I think you or your grandma might be mistaken.

From the decoration alone it looks more like Japanese craft. If it were Chinese it would have to be second half of 20th century.
