Chinese? Painted Bowl No Marks

The shape is not exactly round but a bit scalloped. Looks like hand painted but the green is definitely transfer. Not sure if it is porcelain or stoneware? The red bands on the rim and the bottom are overlapped by the green so I guess that is not a good sign? I don't see any age so I would guess is fairly recent import from China. But want to double check.
