chinese or japanese old or new vase

Hello Peter,
can you please tell me if this vase is chinese or japanese,
old or new. ?
The height is ca 18 cm.
The glaze on the rim on the bottom and round the neck is a bit gone.
The vase has a horizontal rim , and 2 verticals rims on it.
Those rims are made by mistake by the maker of the vase.
