chinese or japanese little vase?

Hi Peter, Please for your kind review this little pottery which looks old to me. is it chinese or japanese? the painting seems raised. it has crackle under the glaze? thank you for dating and giving the origin of the piece. it measures 4 1/2" High by 3 1/2" diameter.

Hi Mona,
To me this looks like a crudely made fake antique. Even the form of this censer is a bit out of the ordinary, very carelessly made.
The colors and motifs do not allow to decide where it could have been made. Could be China or Southeast Asia, I guess.
