Chinese engraved brass

I've Chinese engraved brass bowl, It is heavy.

I've try asianart.net but no one reply.

It has marked on the back "Made in China" and other Chinese writting which I have no idea if any meaning?

Could you please help me to identify the date for this.

The mark is a fake Xuande reign mark. The characters are of low quality.
Also, all items marked in English "Made in China" were made for export in the 20th century.
This item is not an antique. I wonder if it could be vintage? It is fairly recent.
