Thank you

Hello,
The mark reads "Qian Yi Tang Zhencangpin" if it is Chinese. Could also be a Japanese mark.
The position of the mark is never off-center with classical Chinese marks, but it is relatively frequent on Japanese porcelain.
The decoration (painting style)is quite unlike any old Chinese decoration.
For the above reasons I would assume it is either Japanese or a 20th century Chinese piece. In the latter case rather second half.
I suggest you try asianart.com. They have people who are more familiar with Japanese and more recent Chinese art.
