china/porcelain vase marking

I have a pink china/porcelain vase which is approx 18 inches high. It has white lilies painted on it which I think may be hand painted as the paint effect is raised. There is a mark on the bottom which is in a small white indented circle - this looks like the number 7 (european style with line across the middle)
I am curious to know more about this vase - it was handed down from my great aunt and think it came into the family around 1930ish.
