Hello,
The mark is not sharp enough, but it clearly is an European style mark. We don't know anything about European porcelain, I'm afraid.

Unless there is written "Made in China" it is not Chinese. Apart from the country name of China, in the English language the word "CHINA" has the same meaning as "porcelain". Thus, for example "BONE CHINA" would mean "BONE PORCELAIN".
