Chenghua Period!

Hi, from these pictures it is difficult to decide what it is, but it looks like a Fencai decoration to me.
However, if it is an (on-glaze) Fencai decoration, it could be early Qing dynasty at the earliest, because Fencai was first fired then. But, it could also be a later copy.

The other possibility is, that the blue and white decoration is old, but the color (Fencai) decoration was added at a later time. Difficult to decide without hands-on inspection.
