celadon bowl

can you tell me the age of this bowl, and is this the mark of Tongzhi?

This is not celadon.
The second character of the mark is unclear, but this is not a Tongzhi period mark, whatever the mark says. This character style appears only on 20th century items.
The bowl itself could be late Qing dynasty, but the decoration looks as if it was painted in the republic period or later.
It looks as if the whole, outside, inside, bottom was overpainted at a later time.
