Can I retire?!

by Henry
(London, UK)

I inherited these from my Grandmother. She bought them 40-50 years ago in Asia. Can anyone tell me if it they are valuable?

There is one 15inch bowl and one 7-8inch plate. The bowl has been rapaired (metal staples) on the bottom which makes me think it might be old...

Neither has marks on the bottom sadly.

Photos attached.

Many thanks!

Henry

Hello,
We cannot provide any values. This is different according to the circumstances. See this
http://www.chinese-antique-porcelain.com/value-of-antiques.html

The bowl looks like if it were from the Qianlong reign, the plate 19th century. Both are export porcelain.

I would use valuemystuff.com to get an initial valuation. Based on that you can decide the next step.
