mark
by: peter

Hi, I thought Gerald Davison's book was only for ceramics marks?

Anyway, I can read the first and last characters only, and from these it seems that this is a studio mark (usually, the name of the manufacturer or the client).
While I'm not specialized on this, I see quite a number of censers every month. In my view this one is relatively new. So, you may have difficulties finding the mark in any book with old marks, even if censer marks were included, I would think.
