I inherited this dish many years ago (I remember it in the early 1940's). The leaf pattern is in relief. The red seal mark is on top of the glaze.

I inherited this dish many years ago and have never found any information on it. The leaf pattern is in relief and the seal mark is on top of the glaze. I would like to know anything about it.
