Black Chinese Tea Pot Origins

I purchased this Tea Pot when stationed in Ludwigsburg Kornwestheim FRG U.S. Army(1986). I paid the equivalent of 30-40Dm, but I really dont remember what kind of shop it was. The Pot is appears to be black Porcelain and has Gold Lettering on the pot only. The cups (4) are unmarked in any way. The pot has no markings at all that I can find in or out! please help me I.D. this set.
