ARTWORK FOUND AT ESTATE SALE

HI Peter
These were also at the estate sale I went to to bad they have damage they look real....I think because of the color smering away. Can you tell me what stamps say. i looked at prints online and they look different

Hi Peter it has a name on right hand side on bottom it says Chang Shu Chi

Paintings are not my forte, and I cannot read all of the characters.
Looks as if the painter did the painting while traveling in Jinmen (Kinmen), an island belonging to Taiwan, in the straits near the Chinese coast. You have to find out who the painter is, perhaps from the seal, but painting seals are difficult to read.
