Antique Lamp ?

I have been given this lamp by my aunt and cannot for the life of me figure out the markings on the bottom .I have been unable to find any other stamps or markings such as country of origin anywhere .I was able to determine that the socket in lamp was patented by the Paulding Company and was patented in 1928 .
