ANTIQUE CHINESE TEA SET

by glenn san diego
(philippines)

Dear Sir:

May I know from what period is this tea set from? I inherited this from my great great grand mother. The chinese markings on the bottom of the pieces are different from one another. What are this worth? They are 15 pieces all in all. Thank you.

Hello,
I cannot help much whith these because they are Japanese.
The marks are written in fancy characters and difficult to read, but from the style and colors it looks as if they were Kutani items.
Please look for Japanese Kutani porcelain on the Internet to find similar pieces.
From the bottom, it seems the items have some age.
Hope this gets you started with more research.
