14" painted vase...need help with the mark

I bought this vase today and was wondering
about it's potential value. I tried to identify the mark
myself but there are so many Chinese marks. It IS rather distinctive as far as it's shape is concerned.

The picture is too blurred to see anything clearly, but from its shape it appears to be a modern mark. Marks cannot be relied on for identification of Chinese items.
